Muscat: According to authorities, the incident occurred amid rough sea conditions, with strong winds and high waves overturning the vessel carrying four individuals off the coast of the Daymaniyat Islands.
Coast Guard boats responded swiftly to the emergency call and successfully rescued three of the stranded individuals from the water. Meanwhile, a nearby Omani fisherman played a critical role in saving the fourth person, swimming to shore to alert authorities and help facilitate the rescue.
