According to data released by the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) from its headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland, Spain now holds second position with 1,867.09 points—just ahead of France at 1,862.03 points. France’s climb was bolstered by a recent win over Germany, which now sits at ninth globally with 1,716.98 points.

Argentina continues to lead the pack, maintaining its global dominance. Meanwhile, Croatia made a return to the top ten, climbing to 10th place and pushing Italy down to 11th after the Azzurri slipped two spots.

Portugal and the Netherlands also traded places in the latest shuffle. Portugal now stands sixth, while the Netherlands slipped to seventh. England and Brazil kept their respective fourth and fifth spots, with Belgium staying steady at eighth.

Regionally, Morocco continues to shine as the highest-ranked Arab and African team, securing 12th place globally with 1,698.72 points. Senegal followed at 18th, while Egypt claimed 34th in the global list.

In Asia, Japan remained the top-ranked team on the continent, despite falling two spots to 17th place with 1,641.23 points. Iran trailed closely at 20th with 1,624.30 points, reinforcing their status as Asia’s top challengers on the global stage.
