MUSCAT: Oman has expressed its deep condolences and solidarity with India following a tragic explosion and fire at a pharmaceutical factory in the southern state of Telangana that claimed at least 12 lives and left dozens injured.
In a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs conveyed heartfelt sympathy to the families of the victims, as well as to the government and people of India, and wished a swift recovery for those injured.
The explosion occurred at a unit of Sigachi Industries, a pharmaceutical manufacturing company located about 50 kilometers from Hyderabad.
