TUNISIA: Oman Radio led the nation’s triumph, securing two gold awards for its standout program “Shadows of Mercy”. The program earned top honours in the Arab Charity Work Icons Competition, highlighting the legacy of a noble Arab figure known for philanthropy, courage, and service. It was prepared by Khaled Al-Hajri, presented by Khaled Al-Salami, and directed by Asaad Al-Raisi.

The same program also claimed gold in the Youth and Employment Opportunities Programs category for its forward-looking episodes on virtual reality and emerging tech-driven job opportunities for young people. This segment was prepared by Anas Al-Mashfiri and Khaled Al-Bada’i, again presented by Al-Salami and directed by Mohammed Al-Wardi.

Oman’s silver haul included the science program “Majra”, which explores the growing impact of artificial intelligence across sectors like environment, energy, and economy. The program was produced by Ahmed Al Kalbani and directed by Asaad Al Raisi.

Also earning silver was the documentary “Without Identity”, which sheds light on criminal networks involved in human trafficking and organ trade, calling attention to the need for strong countermeasures. It was produced by Anas Al Mashfiri, presented by Ahmed Al Kalbani, and directed by Mohammed Al Shamli.

In the music and performance categories, Oman claimed second place in the Arab Song Competition for “Mawtan Al Jalal”, written by Hisham Al Saqri, composed by Asaad Al Raisi, and performed by Abdul Hamid Al Kiyumi.

Rounding out the accolades, Oman TV’s program “Ramsa” won silver in the TV Talk Show category. The program was prepared by Mohammed Al Dhabouni, hosted by Fahd Al Mashaykhi, and directed by Saeed Taman.
