MUSCAT : Under Royal Decree No. 57/2025, the General Secretariat of the Tender Board has been renamed to the Authority of Projects, Tenders and Local Content. The decree not only changes the institution’s title but also outlines its new competencies and approves a revised organizational structure.
In parallel, Royal Decree No. 58/2025 designates the Sultan Faisal bin Turki (Dubai-Lima-Khasab) Road Project in Musandam Governorate as a public benefit project.
