MUSCAT : Following recent attacks in Qatar and heightened regional instability, flights connecting India to the Gulf region, especially the UAE, are experiencing significant disruptions. Indian carriers Air India Express and IndiGo have publicly cautioned travelers to expect changes to their travel plans.

Air India Express acknowledged that “due to the ongoing situation in the Middle East, some of our flights may be impacted,” adding that services could be delayed or cancelled. The airline is urging passengers to stay informed through its official website or WhatsApp service for real-time updates and assistance.

IndiGo also issued a similar advisory, stating that flights from the UAE to India may face delays or diversions. The airline stressed that these measures are being implemented to ensure all operations remain within “safe and compliant airspace.” Passengers have been advised to keep checking the flight status section on IndiGo’s website and consider alternative options if needed.
