The 13th edition of the ICC Women’s ODI World Cup will run from September 30 to November 2 across five venues in India and Sri Lanka. As political tensions continue, the BCCI and PCB have agreed to a hybrid hosting model, with Pakistan playing all their matches at the neutral venue of Colombo.
India, who open their campaign against Sri Lanka in Bengaluru on September 30, will face Pakistan in Colombo before returning to play Bangladesh on October 26 in Bengaluru.

Defending champions Australia begin their title defence on October 1 against New Zealand in Indore, followed by a clash with Pakistan in Colombo and a much-awaited rematch with England on October 22, also in Indore.
Pakistan’s full Colombo-based schedule includes matches against Bangladesh (Oct 2), England (Oct 15), New Zealand (Oct 18), South Africa (Oct 21), and Sri Lanka (Oct 24). Their place in the tournament follows an unbeaten run in the ICC Women’s ODI World Cup Qualifiers in April.
England will begin their campaign against South Africa in Bengaluru on October 3 and face Sri Lanka (Oct 11) and New Zealand (Oct 26) in Guwahati. South Africa, meanwhile, will look to upset top teams with key matches against New Zealand (Oct 6) and Australia (Oct 25) in Indore.
Bangladesh starts its journey facing Pakistan and plays key games in Visakhapatnam before a Colombo encounter with Sri Lanka on October 20.
The semi-finals are scheduled for October 29 and 30 in Guwahati/Colombo and Bengaluru, respectively. The final will take place on November 2, with the venue depending on the qualifying teams—especially Pakistan, whose participation would require a neutral location.
With eight powerhouse teams—India, Pakistan, Australia, England, South Africa, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh—vying for glory, the tournament is set to deliver unforgettable moments on both sides of the border.
