Dubai’s official jobs portal, dubaicareers.ae, features a wide array of vacancies open to all nationalities—making it one of the rare windows for non-citizens to enter the emirate’s public workforce.

Among the top-paying positions is the Corporate Excellence Specialist role with Dubai Air Navigation Services, offering a monthly salary between Dh30,001–Dh40,000. Also available is the Senior Editor post at the Dubai Government Media Office, with a salary range of Dh20,001–30,000, and a Resident Case Manager for the Dubai Foundation for Women and Children at Dh10,001–20,000.

Other highlighted positions include:

Audit Manager – Energy & Industry with the Financial Audit Authority, seeking seasoned finance professionals with CIA or CPA credentials.
