Dubai’s official jobs portal, dubaicareers.ae, features a wide array of vacancies open to all nationalities—making it one of the rare windows for non-citizens to enter the emirate’s public workforce.
Among the top-paying positions is the Corporate Excellence Specialist role with Dubai Air Navigation Services, offering a monthly salary between Dh30,001–Dh40,000.
