Muscat: The festival is slated to run from November 16 to 19, 2025, and is inviting filmmakers from across the Sultanate of Oman to participate with their artistic works.
Participation is open to Omani nationals only, with filmmakers required to submit works that have been produced within the last two years. All films must be subtitled in English and provided in high-quality MP4 or DCP format, ensuring strong visual and audio quality.

A total of RO 32,000 in prizes will be awarded across several categories, including:
• Best Feature Film: RO 5,000
• Best Short Film: RO 5,000
• Best Documentary: RO 5,000
• Best Scenario, Direction, Photography, Soundtrack, Actor, and Actress: RO 3,000 each
