MUSCAT : The ministry stressed that any communication claiming otherwise is a fraudulent attempt and should be ignored and reported immediately through official channels.
“To ensure proper handling of the request, you may be contacted by authorised teams from the Tajawob platform to complete missing information – without requesting access to your personal or financial data,” the statement confirmed.
