Muscat – Titled ‘First Real Estate Tour’, the meeting was aimed at showcasing real estate projects and promising investment opportunities in the governorates of the Sultanate of Oman.

Ali Mohammed Al Lawati, Chairman of the OCCI Real Estate Development Committee, said that the tour offers interested parties access to governorates in the Sultanate of Oman to enable them to get first-hand knowledge about the opportunities available in each governorate.
He pointed out that the tour also aims to enhance communication between investors, real estate developers and officials in government departments and service establishments.
Al Lawati further added that the tour will open direct channels of dialogue with the local community and entrepreneurs in the real estate sector, besides identifying real estate regulations and legislation.
