Muscat: The three-day event, held at Fraser Suites Hotel, aims to spotlight innovation, foster partnerships, and empower regional entrepreneurship.

Under the patronage of His Excellency Abdulsalam bin Mohammed Al Murshidi, Chairman of the Oman Investment Authority, the exhibition opened with strong participation and renewed focus on supporting regional enterprise development.

In her opening address, Her Highness Sayyida Hujaija bint Jaifar Al Said highlighted the exhibition’s role in boosting economic growth through SME support. She noted the inclusion of students from the Oman College of Tourism in event management roles—an initiative aimed at nurturing practical skills through real-world experience.

A key feature of this year’s exhibition is a post-event free camp for entrepreneurs and business owners, including a business lab and innovation clinic led by Bassem bin Ahmed Al Balushi, a consultant in workplace development and personal empowerment.

Suhaim bint Ahmed Al Harthi, board member of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI), emphasized that such exhibitions help SMEs access new markets and bring products closer to consumers in a single venue. She reaffirmed OCCI’s support for similar initiatives, both within Oman and internationally.

Participants echoed the event’s importance. Alia bint Abdullah shared that her return to the exhibition was driven by previous successful experiences and the enabling environment it offers. Nabila bint Abdullah Al Balushi, a first-time participant, said the event allowed valuable networking and knowledge exchange, helping businesses evolve and explore new market opportunities.

Organized by Lynx Exhibitions and Events Management, and held in strategic partnership with the Public Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises Development and OCCI, the exhibition promotes cross-border collaboration, entrepreneurship, and innovation within the SME ecosystem.
