Muscat – The directive, issued as part of the Ministry’s ongoing efforts to regulate and enhance the commercial sector, aims to ensure high service standards and protect the rights of consumers by organising the postal services market according to stringent efficiency and quality criteria.
“As part of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Investment Promotion’s commitment to regulate the commercial sector in the Sultanate of Oman and in collaboration with the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority, efforts are being made to ensure the quality of services provided and to safeguard the rights of beneficiaries by organizing the market according to the highest standards of efficiency and quality, particularly with regard to the regulation of the postal services sector,” stated the Ministry notice.
