Muscat: In a public statement issued on Thursday, the Tax Authority informed users that periodic maintenance will be carried out on its technical systems to enhance efficiency and service quality. The downtime is scheduled to begin at 4:00 PM and will temporarily affect access to the Authority’s online services.
While no specific duration for the outage was mentioned, the Authority assured that the maintenance will be completed swiftly and with a focus on minimizing disruption.
The Authroity apologized for any inconvenience this temporary outage may cause, assuring that maintenance work will be completed with the highest levels of efficiency and as quickly as possible, ensuring the continuity of their services at a high level of quality.
