MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik left the country for a two-day state visit to Russia on Monday.
The visit comes within the context of promoting relations between the Sultanate of Oman and the Russian Federation in a manner that meets aspiration of the two countries.
During his visit, His Majesty will meet Russian President Vladimir Putin and visit will discuss areas of cooperation between the two countries in various spheres and means of boosting them to serve the joint interests.
