NEW DELHI : On Wednesday, Nazriya took to social media to share her experience, admitting that she has been feeling “out of sorts” and found it difficult to stay connected with her usual vibrant community.
“Many of you know I have always been an active member of this wonderful community. However, over the past few months, I have been struggling with emotional well-being and personal challenges that have made it difficult for me to be present,” she wrote, addressing her fans directly.
The 29-year-old actress revealed that the emotional toll led her to step back from key moments in her life—including missing her 30th birthday, New Year’s celebrations, and the success of her recent film Sookshmadarshini.

She also issued a heartfelt apology to her friends and close ones for “disappearing without explanation,” saying she was unable to return calls or stay in touch during this difficult phase.
“I need more time,” she added, promising her return once she feels ready.
