MUSCAT : Oman Customs officials at the Sarfait border crossing in the Wilayat of Dhalkut, Governorate of Dhofar, have arrested four Yemeni nationals after discovering large sums of money of unknown origin hidden inside a vehicle.
The individuals had professionally concealed the cash within parts of the vehicle in an apparent attempt to bypass border inspections.
Customs officials have launched legal proceedings against the suspects as part of standard enforcement protocols.
