MUSCAT : This initiative from the Ministry is aimed at ensuring a pleasant and secure travel experience for all visitors during the festive period.
In the advisory, presented in a question-answer format to highlight the importance of booking licensed hotel establishments, the Ministry pointed out that licensed hotel establishments adhere to stringent classification and quality standards, guaranteeing a comfortable and safe environment for guests.
“Are you ready for the trip? Choose to stay in hotel establishments licensed by the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism to ensure a pleasant and safe tourist experience.
“Why licensed hotels? They comply with all classification and quality standards approved by the Ministry. They provide you with a comfortable and safe environment. They guarantee you a stay with high-quality services,” the advisory stated.
The Ministry also encourages travellers to verify the licensing status of hotels before making reservations. This can be done through the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism website or by directly contacting the hotel’s management.
