MUSCAT : This directive aims to enhance service quality and ensure the accuracy of information maintained by the Ministry.
The Ministry has highlighted the importance of updating key information, including contact details such as phone numbers and email addresses, as well as the data of the responsible manager or owner. These updates are necessary to ensure that the Ministry has the most accurate and current information regarding licensed establishments.
All affected establishments have a deadline of 15 days from the date of this announcement to update their information. Failure to comply within the given time frame could result in severe consequences, including the suspension or cancellation of their licenses, fines, and other financial penalties. Non-compliant establishments may also be included in the list of establishments that fail to meet regulatory requirements, as stipulated under the Tourism Law and its Executive Regulations.
