KUWAIT: With both teams struggling to maintain control and craft clear chances, the first half ended 0-0, much to the frustration of the coaches and the vocal fans who kept the stadium atmosphere electric.

As the second half kicked off, Kuwait made an immediate substitution, while Oman won an early free-kick in the 50th minute—but failed to make it count. Oman then focused their attack down the wings but lacked support in the box to finish off dangerous crosses.

That changed in the 56th minute, when Amjad Al Harthi whipped in a brilliant cross, met perfectly by Issam Al Sabhi, who calmly finished to put Oman ahead.

With Kuwait now on the back foot, they scramble for an equaliser as Oman looks to build on the momentum in this critical clash.
