DUBAI: To maintain order and prevent academic misconduct, schools have enforced strict regulations inside exam halls. Students are:

Banned from bringing mobile phones, smart devices, and digital watches into exam rooms.

Prohibited from exchanging answers or signals, ensuring each student is assessed solely on individual performance.

Restricted from bringing bags, with only essential tools like pens and calculators (based on academic level) allowed.

With the integration of electronic testing, students must also avoid installing unauthorized software—particularly social media apps—on exam tablets. Device monitoring will be conducted throughout the exams to prevent security breaches or cheating attempts. Additionally, zooming in on screens is restricted to avoid tampering with the system.

To reinforce discipline, classrooms will be monitored by surveillance cameras, and students are expected to maintain composure and refrain from unnecessary conversations during the exams.

In preparation for the exams, schools are implementing 10 key measures to enhance student readiness and ensure smooth exam administration:

Ensuring all lessons are covered before exams begin.
Remedial sessions for students needing extra help.
Training students on different question formats.
Using the Al-Manhal system to track student participation.
Communicating with parents to improve attendance rates.
Encouraging parental involvement in exam preparations.
Providing counseling to manage exam stress.
Educating students on ethical exam practices.
Keeping parents informed on student progress.
Offering time management workshops to help students plan effectively.
