Muscat – The consumer had contracted with the company to import a vehicle with specific features from the United States, paying an advance of 2,400 Omani Rials. However, the company significantly delayed the delivery process, causing inconvenience and frustration for the consumer.
Through the intervention of the CPA’s Al Suwaiq office, a mutually agreeable settlement was reached. The company agreed to terminate the contract and provide a full refund of the RO 2,400 to the consumer.
