KOCHI: Renowned Indian playback singer P. Jayachandran has passed away at a private hospital in Thrissur in Kerala on Thursday. He was aged 80.
Jayachandran was undergoing treatment for cancer for some time. Known for his evergreen romantic voice, Jayachandran had lent his voice to more than 16,000 songs across Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi.
