“The team is ready for the semi-final match. There was a recovery session last night, and today we start preparing and we are ready. We will focus on the positive aspects of the previous matches and reduce mistakes since the match is pivotal and requires caution from both teams,” said Al Masroori. Goalkeeper Ibrahim Al-Mukhaini echoed this sentiment, stating. He explained that the absences may be influential, especially with the absence of players Mohammed Al-Musalmi, Salah Al-Yahyaei and Amjad Al-Harthi, but we trust the rest of the players with the national team, and they are able to compensate for them and provide the required performance and level.
In related news, the Gulf Football Federation announced a rescheduling of the Gulf Cup final to January 4th, while confirming that the semi-final matches will proceed as planned.
Omani fans, buoyed by the team’s performance and unwavering support, are hopeful for a place in the final.
