MUSCAT : During its fourth meeting, the Board of Governors of the Central Bank of Oman approved the executive regulations of the Banking Deposits Protection Law and the regulatory framework for open banking operations. The Board also reviewed several reports on the financial safety indicators of banks, as well as the financial position, reserves, and performance of the Central Bank of Oman’s foreign investments.
