MUSCAT : The ROP stated that its Directorate General for Combating Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances arrested the suspects in the Wilayat of Muscat. They were in possession of more than 100 kilograms of hashish, crystal, marijuana, heroin, and 17,700 psychotropic tablets.
According to the ROP, the illegal drugs were smuggled in a professional manner, as the arrested individuals were attempting to bring them in to the country for trafficking.
Legal procedures are being completed against them.
