Muscat – This initiative aims to facilitate user engagement and improve the quality of services offered to the public – conveniently and quickly.
Users are invited to evaluate the Tax Authority’s services by participating in the ‘Service Satisfaction Survey for the Tax Portal’ by simply scanning the QR code available on the portal.
“Be part of the change and share your ideas with us! Your voice matters, and we appreciate your participation,” stated the Tax Authority’s announcement.
