Muscat – In a statement, the Ministry described the attack a blatant violation of Iran’s sovereignty and a clear breach of international law.
The Ministry emphasized that such actions exacerbate regional tensions and undermine efforts for peace and stability. It condemned the ongoing Israeli practices, warning that they threaten to escalate unrest in the region.
Oman’s statement calls upon the international community to take decisive action to halt aggression and to address the root causes of regional crises, including the illegal Israeli occupation of Palestinian and Arab lands. The Sultanate reiterated its support for the Palestinian people’s right to self-determination and the establishment of an independent state based on the 1967 borders, in line with the two-state solution and the Arab Peace Initiative, to achieve a just and lasting peace for all parties involved.
