Muscat: From Saturday, 19th October 2024, at 1900 hrs IST (1730 hrs Oman Time) to Monday, 21st October 2024, at 0600 hrs IST (0430 hrs Oman Time), passport services, including the issuance of Emergency Certificates (EC) and Police Clearance Certificates (PCC), will be temporarily unavailable due to a scheduled system upgrade.
However, applicants seeking Consular and Visa Services can still visit the Indian Visa Application Centres (IVACs) operated by BLS International.
