JORDAN : As the second half kicked off, Jordan wasted no time seizing the opportunity. In the 49th minute, Oman’s number 13 committed a clumsy foul in the box, gifting Jordan a penalty. Iyad Olwan stepped up and coolly slotted it home, putting Jordan ahead 2-0.
Just five minutes later in the 54th minute, Naimat netted his second of the match, extending Jordan’s lead to 3-0. Oman’s defense crumbled under the pressure as Jordan pressed forward with relentless energy, leaving the team with a mountain to climb.
