Care 24 opened in Ghala

With occupational therapy, physiotherapy, home care services and medical tourism, all under one roof

MUSCAT: “Care 24”, a venture of Al Hakkim International LLC, has launched a Rehabilitation Center beside Al Jami Al Akbar Street, Ghala.  

It was formally opened by Sayyida Ma’ani Bint Abdullah Al Busaidi, Directorate General of Family Development in the Ministry of Social Department, last week.

The event was attended by large number of dignitaries from different walks of life, chief among them were Dr.Muhanna Nasser Al Maslahi, Director General of Private Health Institutions at the ministry of Health, His Excellency H.E.Imran Ali Chaudhary, Ambassador of Pakistan, Mr.Anoop Bijily, Second Secretary Embassy of India, Dr.Amal Al Shanfari, Diplomate GCC, Dr.Waleed Khalid Al Zadjali, President of Oman Medical Association, Mr.Mohammed Redha,           Ex-President of OCCI, Mrs & Mr. Ajay Khimji, Ms.Magi Jeans, Palliative Care, Dr.C.Thomas, Plastic Surgeon.

The visiting Pakistan team headed by Her Excellency Ms.Meena Majeed Baloch, Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs of Pakistan, Mrs Reham Khan, Former First Lady of Pakistan also graced the occasion.

On this occasion, Dr.VMA Hakkim, Managing Director of Care24, signed an MOU, with Sayyida Ma’ani Bint Abdullah Al Busiadi  offering free rehabilitation treatments to the children of Al Khoud Children’s Care Center and Youth Hostels.

        Dr.VMA Hakkim expressed, “This opportunity, granted by the Ministry, allows us to provide free treatments to children in extreme need. It is our humble way of giving back to this beautiful country and its friendly and lovely people for the unwavering support and encouragement given to us as expatriate investors”.
