Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik today issued two Royal decrees reading as follows:
Royal Decree No. 39/2024 appoints non-resident ambassadors.
Article (1) appoints Talal bin Sulaiman bin Habib Al Rahbi, the Sultanate of Oman’s Ambassador to the Federative Republic of Brazil, as Oman’s non-resident ambassador to Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and the Republic of Ecuador.

Article (2) appoints Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Nasser Al Araimi, the Sultanate of Oman Ambassador to the French Republic, as Oman’s non-resident ambassador to the Portuguese Republic and the Principality of Monaco.
Article (3) appoints Mallalah bin Mahmoud bin Shaaban Al Balushi, the Sultanate of Oman’s Ambassador to Hungary, as Oman’s non-resident ambassador to the Republic of Moldova.
Article (4) appoints Saif bin Rashid bin Saif Al Jahwari, the Sultanate of Oman’s Ambassador to the Republic of Türkiye, as Oman’s ambassador to Turkmenistan, Georgia and the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Article (5) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.
Royal decree No. (40/2024) on ratifying the agreement of air services between the government of the Sultanate of Oman and the government of Georgia, signed in Riyadh on 4 December 2023.
Article (1) ratifies the aforementioned agreement in accordance with the version attached to this decree.
Article (2) says that this Royal decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.
