Muscat: The meeting, chaired by His Excellency Najib bin Ali Al Rawas, Governor of Al Dhahirah, brought the project’s key elements into focus, marking a pivotal moment in regional development.
During the session, the Council explored the various stages and mechanisms of the project’s implementation, highlighting its importance in shaping the future of the region.
Specialists from Al Dhahirah Municipality presented a comprehensive visual update on several ongoing projects within the wilayats of the governorate. Among the discussed topics was a proposal to allocate dedicated sites for winter camping across the region, reflecting the Council’s commitment to enhancing public amenities.

The Social Affairs Committee also recommended establishing a branch of the Oman Charitable Organization in Al Dhahirah, a move aimed at expanding charitable outreach in the area. In addition, the Council approved the minutes from its previous meeting, reviewed responses and recommendations received, and considered several service requests from the public, making appropriate recommendations to address them.
