Activation steps:
To activate and enter the system using facial recognition, customs brokers can follow these steps:
- Log in to the Royal Oman Police application and verify the activation of your digital identity.
- Log in to the Bayan system using your mobile phone number or smart card.
- When selecting the required role (customs broker) and submitting to register for entry, the Royal Oman Police page will appear. Ensure that your computer and browser are registered to access the site.
- Click on the icon to generate a QR code, then scan the code using the Royal Oman Police application. Please note that the QR code expires after 10 seconds of creation, requiring the user to log in to the system again if it expires.
- To send a QR code, from the Oman QR code application on your mobile phone, select the icon at the top of the screen, then choose ‘Send QR code’, and send the QR code displayed in the statement system.
