Muscat: The Oman Vision 2040 Implementation Follow-up Unit has confirmed the implementation of directives from His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik, setting the stage for the launch of an electronic platform by 2025. This platform will serve as a direct line for citizens and residents to submit complaints and suggestions to government institutions.
Hilal bin Abdullah Al Hinai, Director General of the Quality and Government Excellence Department at the Oman Vision 2040 Implementation Follow-up Unit, emphasized that the platform is a cornerstone in enhancing government services and meeting the priorities of the Vision 2040 initiative.
