This “Elevator Pitch” format is designed to encourage quick thinking and clear articulation of achievable investment ideas that focus on enhancing community life in residential neighbourhoods.
The Ministry aims to attract SMEs capable of offering supportive services—ranging from entertainment to real estate and commercial services—that enrich neighbourhood living. The primary focus is on projects that bring added value to residential areas through the expertise of SMEs, making it an ideal platform for those with innovative ideas.

To qualify, SMEs must prioritize entrepreneurship card holders and possess at least three years of experience. Interested participants are required to attach their current institutional profiles as part of the application process.
