Bank Muscat officially celebrates relocation of Falaj Daris branch in the Wilayat of Nizwa

MUSCAT : With the aim of providing the best banking services and facilities that meet the needs of valued customers and provide a unique banking experience, Bank Muscat, the leading financial services provider in the Sultanate of Oman, officially celebrated the relocation of its branch in Falaj Daris, known as Marfa Daris previously, in the Willayat of Nizwa under the auspices of HE. Sheikh Saleh bin Dhiyab Al Rubaie, Wali of Nizwa, and in the presence of senior officials and customers from the Bank.  It is noteworthy that Bank Muscat has 4 branches in Nizwa catering to the needs of its wide base of customers in the Willayat.

The relocated branch is characterized by its modern design and its large space that gives customers a distinctive banking experience. It is equipped with cutting-edge devices that allow customers to complete their banking transactions in a comfortable atmosphere.

Falaj Daris branch is located in a well-serviced and unique area. It has a center for Asalah Priority Banking customers manned by relationship mangers to process transactions efficiently in no time. The branch also offers dedicated services, including Baituna for Home loans and Najahi Business Banking center, and safe deposit lockers. The branch is also designed to facilitate access of people with disabilities to all branch services, including ATMs and CDMs, as part of Bank Muscat’s strategy to provide a unique banking experience to all segments of society. The services provided by the branch can be availed during weekdays from Sunday to Thursday starting from eight in the morning until two noon.

Speaking on the occasion Taya Eid Bait Sabeea, Deputy General Manager Interior Regions, Bank Muscat, said: “We are pleased about the relocation of this branch which comes as a complement to the series of relocations and inaugurations of branches across different governorates. Bank Muscat’s strategy regarding developing branches indicates the tireless efforts of the Bank to bring banking services closer to customers while providing a comfortable environment for completing banking transactions. The Bank will continue to open more modern, spacious, technologically-equipped branches to meet the needs of the Bank’s growing customer base and go in line with the banking trends.”

Over the past period, Bank Muscat inaugurated a new branch in Sahalnoot in the Wilayat of Salalah and relocated its Jalaan Bani Bu Ali branch in South Sharqiya Governorate. Multiple inaugurations of new branched also occurred in different locations across the Sultanate such as Sohar, Seeb, Sinaw, and Amerat. The Bank’s branch network constitutes a significant channel to communicate with customers and provide them with the various banking services.
