Muscat – The Ministry, represented by Sanad Service Centers, stated that it had identified numerous unlicensed establishments that are illegally using the trademark components of the Centers identity in their commercial activities and store signage, which is both misleading to consumers and a violation of the Trademark Law.
Businesses found using the Sand Service Centers’ identity without proper authorization are urged to amend their practices immediately to avoid legal repercussions. The Ministry emphasizes that failure to comply with this directive may result in legal action, as the trademark owner has the right to enforce their rights against unauthorised use.
