MUSCAT: The center of the tropical storm Asna is about 410 kilometers away from the coast of the Sultanate of Oman, the meteorology department said on Saturday.
In a statement issued, Oman Met said the nearest mass of rain clouds accompanying it is about 210 kilometers away, and the wind speed around the center is estimated at between 35 and 45 knots.
”High and medium-altitude clouds will flow over the governorates of South Al Sharqiyah, Muscat and North Al Sharqiyah in the coming hours,” Oman Met added.
