MUSCAT : At a press conference today, Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Ameri, Director General of Sports Activities at the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth and campaign head, outlined a quartet of initiatives designed to energize and uplift the national football team.

The logistics initiative will revamp the Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex to better accommodate fans, including upgrades to facilities, additional parking, and improved access paths, in collaboration with the Royal Oman Police and Muscat Municipality.
The media initiative aims to flood the airwaves and streets with support for the national team. This includes a comprehensive media campaign across all platforms, advertising screens in high-traffic areas, and a catchy new anthem for the team. Content creators and influencers will play a key role in rallying nationwide enthusiasm.

The incentive initiative focuses on enhancing the fan experience with new merchandise, improved access to amenities, and vibrant pre-match events. Special arrangements will ensure that fans from outside Muscat can join in the excitement, with buses provided by Mwasalat and OQ to transport them to the games.
Lastly, the partnership and marketing initiative brings together major governmental and private sector players, including the Ministry of Information, Royal Oman Police, Muscat Municipality, OQ Company, Oman Air, Mwasalat, and Nama, to sponsor and support the campaign.
