KATHMANDU : Sayyid Badr Hamad Al Busaidi, Foreign Minister today met with Khadga Prasad Sharma Oli, Prime Minister of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal at the capital city of Kathmandu.
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed bilateral relations and highlighted means of tapping new vistas of cooperation in various fields of interest to the two countries.
They also highlighted opportunities to boost economic and trade cooperation, particularly in the fields of tourism, mining, agriculture and cultural exchange. Both sides reiterated the importance of exchanging expertise and supporting joint investments.

Further, the two sides underscored the importance of firm mutual cooperation to tackle joint challenges and promote peace and stability in the region and the world.
The meeting was attended by Issa Saleh Al Shaibani, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the Republic of India and non-resident ambassador to the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal. It was also attended by several officials from both sides.
