MUSCAT : The survey, running until September 19, 2024, is part of Muscat Governorate’s ongoing effort to improve service quality and ensure that community needs are effectively met.
The survey will be conducted via phone calls, and the public is requested to provide feedback to help the governorate in its efforts to enhance service delivery.
“We are appreciative of your cooperation in the success of this survey,” stated the Muscat Governorate announcement.
