MUSCAT : Extending congratulations to its subsidiary company, Oman Airports stated that the agreement establishes a joint cooperation programme aimed at streamlining the procedures for checking and releasing shipments licensed by the Environment Authority.
Under this new initiative, the one-stop station located in the cargo building at Muscat International Airport will serve as the central hub for these operations. This is expected to create a more efficient and coordinated framework between Oman SATS and the Environment Authority, facilitating the processing of shipments in accordance with environmental provisions and regulations.
The cooperation aims to enhance the ease and simplicity of regulatory procedures, ensuring that shipments meet all necessary environmental standards while expediting their release.
