Muscat: As part of its efforts to increase financial awareness in children, Alizz Islamic Bank recently launched ‘Aziz & Aziza’ series, a partnership with Oman’s First Children’s Magazine ‘Murshid’ that will have monthly stories written in a fun and educational way that appeal to the youngsters. The series will encourage children to develop skills such as financial planning, setting goals and learn the value of saving and investment.
Alizz Islamic Bank continues efforts into raising financial awareness through various initiatives, as it is imperative for today’s children and youth to have a solid understanding of basic financial concepts and skills to navigate their way to achieve a successful and sustainable future. The idea of sharing knowledge in a fun and exciting approach was the key element while developing the series. The aim of the series is to empower children to make sound financial decisions in line with the country’s goals and objectives.
Touching on the launch Asaad Al Kharusi, Chief Operating Officer of Alizz Islamic Bank said “Financial concepts like saving, spending, financing and investing are the building blocks for a strong foundation of financial literacy.
