Muscat – In a disclosure on the Muscat Stock Exchange, the Company stated that the decision was made by the Board of Directors during a meeting on August 19, 2024, and is due to personal reasons.
“Additionally, for adequate consistency the Board assigned Mr. Bart Van De Graaf, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, to carry out the duties of the CEO effective from 19th August 2024 till a new CEO is appointed,” stated the disclosure.
The Board also expressed its sincere gratitude to Mr. Christensen for his valuable contributions to the growth and development of the Port of Salalah during his tenure.
