MUSCAT: An earthquake of magnitude 3.3 on the Richter scale was recorded in the Sea of Oman, approximately 51 kilometers away north-east of the wilayat of Sur in South Al Sharqiyah on Sunday, according to the Earthquake Monitoring Centre (EMC).
The Earthquake Monitoring Centre (EMC) at Sultan Qaboos University said an earthquake was recorded in the Sea of Oman at 8:51pm.
