Muscat – The event, organized by the Ministry of Transport, Communications, and Information Technology, took place at Sultan Qaboos University on Tuesday, August 6th.
Several members of the SAI attended the session, which was designed to enhance the participants’ understanding of change management practices essential for advancing digital transformation initiatives. The workshop aimed to address existing challenges, uncover opportunities for improvement, and foster the exchange of innovative ideas among government institutions.
The event provided a platform for open discussions, enabling institutions to share their experiences, visions, and strategies for development. This collaboration is intended to strengthen cooperation between government entities and create a cohesive approach toward achieving strategic goals in digital transformation.
