MUSCAT : Launched by a group of Omani youth, the project has introduced a new dimension to this renowned natural attraction, providing visitors with private and comfortable spaces to enjoy the area’s scenic beauty and refreshing climate. The cabins are designed to blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings, enhancing the overall visitor experience.

In a statement to the Oman News Agency, Saeed bin Muhad Al Maashani, the project’s founder, explained that the initiative was conceived to address the need for organized seating areas that complement the site’s natural environment while ensuring family privacy. “The project began with three cabins and one model,” Al Maashani noted. “This season, we have expanded to nine huts featuring two different designs, with outdoor seating options to better accommodate visitors,” he added.

He also emphasized the project’s commitment to ongoing improvement and adaptation. Each season, the cabins are redesigned to avoid repetition and align with the natural aesthetics of the area. The cabins are equipped with quality materials, furniture, and amenities to comfortably accommodate up to 15 people, including access to electrical energy.

While the project has received substantial support from relevant authorities, Al Maashani highlighted challenges related to weather conditions and environmental preservation. “We have benefitted from the cooperation of various agencies, but we continue to address challenges associated with the local climate and work diligently to minimize environmental impact,” he said.

Looking ahead, Al Maashani expressed optimism about the potential for expansion. “There is significant potential for growth in the tourism sector in Oman, especially in Dhofar Governorate. I believe that with careful planning and dedication, young entrepreneurs can achieve great success,” he added.
