MUSCAT : This settlement was reached between the consumer and a company specializing in interior design and decoration.
As per the CPA statement, the consumer had filed a complaint alleging that the furniture and design services provided by the company did not meet the agreed-upon specifications, constituting fraud and misinformation.
Following an investigation, the CPA facilitated a settlement between the two parties. The company agreed to refund the consumer RO 20,000 and retrieve the substandard goods.
