Muscat – This innovative app, supported by the Public Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises, aims to streamline communication and collaboration between business owners and suppliers in the hospitality sector, including hotels, restaurants and catering companies.
Qais bin Mohammed Al Jediani, CEO of Bon Plus, emphasized the critical role of technology in optimizing purchasing and supply processes. “Technology plays a pivotal role in facilitating purchasing and supply operations, by providing an advanced electronic platform that allows users to conduct their transactions easily and effectively. It saves time and effort by providing a single platform that brings together all the required services,” said Al-Jediani.
He also highlighted that ‘Bon Plus’ was established to meet the specific needs of the HoReCa (hotel, restaurant, café/catering) sector, offering comprehensive solutions for business owners while providing suppliers with opportunities to increase sales. The platform efficiently connects suppliers with new beneficiaries, expanding their product distribution reach.
Currently, the platform boasts over 40 suppliers and more than 450 customers. The app is committed to expanding its user base by enhancing its services, offering promotional deals, and boosting digital marketing efforts. The company also provides tailored services for small and medium enterprises, helping them increase their sales and growth opportunities by strengthening their presence on the platform.
Al Jediani explained that ‘Bon Plus’ enables business owners to communicate effectively with their target customers and identify specific marketing opportunities, thereby enhancing their market position and achieving long-term positive results.
Plans are on to introduce new features such as artificial intelligence for data analysis, and personalized recommendations. The company also aims to expand its services to other areas within the hospitality sector, continuously developing new features to better meet customer needs.
